FIELD: biochemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to biochemistry and physiology of plants, namely to research of mitochondrial physiological systems capable of dissipating energy in the form of heat, biophysics - research in mitochondrial thermodynamics. Summary of the invention consists in the fact that during the method implementation the scanning mode of cooling or heating of calorimetric chambers is provided by means of control of the first stage automatic temperature control system, and the temperature of the second thermostating screen is automatically controlled by the second screen automatic temperature control system with provision of the specified temperature difference between the first thermostating screen and the second thermostatic screen. Required temperature difference is maintained between the second thermostating screen and the cooling screen, the temperature of which is changed by automatic control of the circulating thermostat.

EFFECT: technical result is provision of heating and cooling with constant speed of extended calorimetric chambers of isothermal capillary differential titration nanocalorimeter intended for operation with short-living objects.
