FIELD: physics; communication.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns mixing of acoustical signals and, more particularly, to mixing or mixing with depression of two or more sound channels with use of the correlated output data. The result is reached because mixing is carried out between any two or a considerable quantity of input channels by means of processing of sound channels for forming of one or more "correlated" acoustical signals for each pair of input channels. The inphase correlated signal representing contents which is identical in both channels or very similar, with a small time delay on a phase or on time, mix with entrance channels. The correlated signal not coinciding on a phase (identical or similar signals with an appreciable time delay on a phase or on time) usually rejected also by a pair of independent signals (signals which are not present at other input channels) which can be mixed with input channels, can be also formed using the presented way.
EFFECT: sound channels mixing without input of undesirable disturbations or excessive deterioration of discrete representation of an initial sound.
