WORKING ELEMENT FOR LIQUID FERTILISATION Russian patent published in 2009 - IPC A01C23/02

Abstract RU 2365084 C1

FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: working element for liquid fertilisation is mounted on the frame, hinged to the back head of the tank by means of hydro-hinge. Working element contains a flat cutting goosefoot share, stand and a tube-feeder for liquid delivery, arranged along the front edge of the stand. Feeder-tube in the bottom part at the joint with the goosefoot share surface has a through window with an exit forward, to the left and to the right with fixed to its upper edge in a slightly open position canopies, with an opening angle of the both lateral sides of the front canopy and back lateral sides of the right and of the left canopies against the walls of the feeder-tube not more than 30° and with a through slot between the base of the canopies and the surface of the goosefoot share - for free outflow of liquid fertiliser along with any possible mechanical inserts. Back wall of the feeder-tube, starting at the height of 60-80 mm above the window is bent forward and stretched until resting against the surface of the goosefoot share before the window. Bowl - shaped cross bar and hide blade are set at an angle securing sliding movement of the roots and stalks of plants in front of the front canopied window between the tow of the share and feeder-tube, whereat hide blade is secured from above along the axis of symmetry of the cross bar, whereat its upper end is bifurcating with the lower branch secured to the feeder-tube above the upper edge of the front canopied window, and the second branch with a free spring-loaded flexible end is stretched along the smooth curve up to 100 mm above the level of the upper edge of the window in the same longitudinal-vertical plane with the feeder-tube not touching it, and is stretched aside from it through an arc of the circle.

EFFECT: reduced resistance of the working element during operation and improved productivity of work.
