FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: double-barrel milking glass includes a case in the shape of a sleeve with a throat in its upper part and rested therein mammilar tube of flexible resin, forming inter-walls chamber, pulsed vacuum gage pressure supply tube. The sleeve presents a hollow tube of transparent unbreakable lightened material with a ring-ledge, arranged in its upper part in the throat zone. In the walls of the hollow tube there are at least two through channels for supply of pulsed vacuum gage pressure there through, and along its upper but-end - ring channel and in the part of the wall in front of each through channel from inside of the hollow tube there is a radial slot for supply of atmospheric pressure into inter-walls chamber. Mammilar tube is made as presented in dwg 1, and consists of the lower part in the shape of a coupling sleeve with a branch pipe, connected with the coupling sleeve of the tubular zone, having shouldered orifice for fixation of the latter on the ring-ledge of the hollow tube of the sleeve overlapping ring channel. Tubular part is made flatted - cone shaped with evenly reducing through -the-thickness walls toward the sleeve with shouldered orifice. At the butt-end of the coupling sleeve there is a slot for installation therein of the lower part of the hollow tube of the sleeve, pulsed vacuum gage pressure supply tube is made integral with the coupling sleeve and connected with the inside holes of the through channels, whereat coupling sleeve with the pipe branch for connection to the milk tube and tubular part with the shouldered orifice is made of transparent elastic material.
EFFECT: simplified design, improved ease of operation, higher milking rates, reduced traumatism of milking process, secured unification of machine milking of various milking animals.
