FIELD: agriculture, in particular, milking technique.
SUBSTANCE: low-vacuum milking unit has suspension part consisting of milk claw having casing with milk discharge branch pipe and cover with branch pipes located thereon and equipped with milk tubes. Each of said tubes has corrugated portion and teat cup located therein and provided with sucker located on teat cup. Sucker has casing with upper bead and flexible pipe fixed on wall placed within casing. End part of flexible pipe is formed as tape adapted for attachment in operating state on upper bead of sucker so as to define vacuum chamber for acting upon udder surface and cow teat in zone adjoining teat base during milking process by tape and inner surface of flexible pipe. Each sucker has plug-stopper and pulsed vacuum pipe secured on sucker casing. One end of flexible pipe is connected to vacuum chamber of sucker and other end is positioned on cross-piece on casing cover for connection to pulsing vacuum source. At least one additional tubular vacuum chamber is positioned under main vacuum chamber within each teat cup. Inner wall of additional chamber facing teat has cross-section shaped as symmetric jar, with thickness of wall in its upper part exceeding thickness of wall in its lower part. Tubular vacuum chamber is communicating with pulsing vacuum pipe through valve assembly for providing alternating sequential operation of main and additional vacuum chambers. Branch pipes with milk tubes are located within milk claw cover and their end parts are located within casing above bottom. Conical flow splitter is fixed on bottom under each end part of branch pipe and axially aligned therewith and is adapted for enabling laminar milk flow toward milk discharge branch pipe. Each corrugation of corrugated part of milk tube is made in the form alternating ridges and slots, with ridges of each subsequent corrugation being offset relative to ridges of previous corrugation.
EFFECT: convenient operation, reduced useless expenses, and provision for retention of high quality of milk.
