SUBSTANCE: method and device for stretch-wrapping and protraction of toe-shankpiece of footwear are intended for stretch-wrapping and protraction by slabs of the toe-shankpiece of the blank of the upper part of the shoe. To improve quality of assembly by simultaneous protraction of the toe-shankpiece of the blank of the upper part put on the shoetree, and of complex automation of assembly, combined protracting slabs with above-slabs (CPS) have spring-driven sliding pieces equipped with axis and pins, on the axis whereof there are shoulders, bearing above-slabs with the profile of the field and inner - side of the shank part of the shoe. At a command, discs with above-slabs CPS turn on the axes and set in accordance with a shoe semi - pair. With a shoetree fixed with a heel support dividing units automatically arrange fixing cams in the middle of the shoetree despite design of the shoe, for example extended toepiece. CPS performs kinematically complex movement. EFFECT: consolidation of two technological operations stretch - wrapping and glue protracting of protracting edge of the toe-shankpiece into one, improved quality of assembly through simultaneous protracting of the shoe-shankpiece of the blank of the upper part of the shoe put over the shoetree, and complex automation of the process.
