FIELD: personal demand items.

SUBSTANCE: for improving footwear assembly quality, and namely simultaneous glue tightening to the inner sole of toe-shank part of the footwear workpiece put on the last, slides with a rigidly installed axis and a pin are arranged in guides and spring-loaded in the tail part of combination tightening plates with the profile of footwear toe-bunch part. On the axes of the slides the over-plates are installed so that they can be rotated; those are discs with a hub, on which there arranged in a circle are copy templates with the profile of field and inner side of the tightening edge of footwear shank part (copy templates for high-heeled footwear are detachable), an open slot and a stone which by means of a prismatic line of the mechanism rotating the over-plates in compliance with field and inner sides of footwear shank part is hinged to the cylinder stock. Upon the command, the cylinders rotate the over-plates on the slide axes in accordance with field and inner sides of footwear shank part. Over-plate rotation angle is adjusted with travelling limit stops. When the last with the footwear workpiece is installed between toe and heel limit stops, the last is measured; at that, cams influence the slide pins by compressing springs, move them in the guides of combination tightening plates and set over-plates in the middle of the last automatically.

EFFECT: enlarging the number of processed sizes of footwear range of sizes, at that, combination tightening plates are provided with detachable over-plates of footwear bunch part, which are installed in specially made slots.
