FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to procedure of minerals and hard materials crushing, in particular, to jaw crushers. Jaw crusher comprises welded frame arranged as a whole with fixed jaw with lining and movable jaw with lining, shaft with eccentric installed in bearings and rocker head put on eccentric, pulleys of texrope drive. Linings of fixed and movable jaws on the back side have cavities for unloading of products, and linings of both jaws are equipped with through openings for continuous carry-over of clayey mass in cavities from working chamber, which eliminates its accumulation in working zone of crusher.
EFFECT: reduction of consumed energy and costs for production organisation, also higher efficiency of crushing in process of intense crushing and grinding of highly clayey ores for their further efficient withdrawal by physical-chemical methods of enrichment.
