FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to hydraulic mineral composition obtained from slags, in particular from steel-mill slags, as well as from dust of industrial furnaces and dust waste of thermal power plants. Hydraulic mineral composition contains glass-like or crystalline matrix based on calcium silicate and calcium aluminate, containing at least 25 wt % of composition, preferably at least 30 wt % of composition, one or several mineral oxides and, in case of necessity, one or several mineral halogenides, selected from group of oxides and halogenides, which includes Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Co, Ni, Cu, Pb, Ba, Sr, P, S, Na, K, Zr, Mo, Be, Tl, As, Sn and Cd, constituting, at least, 5 wt % of composition at least 31 wt % of alumina (Al2O3) at least 10 wt % ferrite (calcium alumoferrite) and at least 0.05 wt % and preferably at least 0.01 wt % C with respect to composition weight. Method of obtaining hydraulic mineral composition includes: a) obtaining material able to form matrix based on calcium alumosilicate; b) addition of additional material to material, able to form matrix, when it contains insufficient amount of mineral oxides and possible mineral halogenides; c) melting of product obtained at stage a, or product, obtained at stage b; d) separation of final hydraulic mineral composition.
EFFECT: increase of composition activity, mechanical strength and chemical stability.
