Device according to one of versions contains: trolley, allowing leading end, trailing end, left-hand side, right-hand side, chassis and engagement device to earth, fixed to chassis for providing of movement of trolley by earth. Motor for actuation of trolley. Loader set, which contains left bar, running from the left side of trolley, and right bar, running from the right side of trolley. Hydraulic system for drive of loader set. Operator field, which contains controlling means for regulation of trolley movement and for operation management of loader set, and operator's seat, implemented with ability of movement between the first position, directed to leading end of trolley, and the second position, directed to trailing end of trolley. Front area of tools, which contains at least one of elements selected from dump box, operating floor, protective cover, herewith dump box is implemented with ability of movement between location of transportation and location of unloading. Back area of contrivance, provided at trailing end of trolley and provided for fastening of tools or contrivances at trailing end of trolley.
