FIELD: radio engineering, radio location.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering, particularly to signal generation and processing devices, namely to those designed to generate and process signals in radars with frequency-sweep antenna array. Proposed device incorporates SHF amplifier, antenna selector switch, synchroniser, frequency oscillator unit consisting of frequency spectrum generator, multiplexer, modulator, balance modulator, SHF heterodyne, wideband receiver unit. The latter comprises low-noise SHF amplifier, balance miser and wideband IF amplifier. The device incorporates also quadrature detector unit comprising quadrature detectors for each frequency channel of the given frequency spectrum, video amplifier unit. The latter comprises LF-filters and video amplifiers. Note here that every input of frequency spectrum channel is additionally connected to the 2nd input of every quadrature detector. Output of the latter is connected with the input of appropriate LF-filter. Output of every RF-filter is connected with appropriate input of every video amplifier.
EFFECT: accurate measurement of target position angle.
