FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electronics and can be used for providing required thermal conditions for components of communications electronics equipment (CEE), particularly electronic boards. Cold junctions of thermoelectric batteries are additionally installed with provision for good thermal contact onto components of communications electronics equipment more critical to thermal conditions or which require considerable decrease in temperature. The thermoelectric batteries are powered by a direct current source. Heat is removed from hot junctions of the thermoelectric batteries (TEB) using a coolant in a container, and heat is transferred from the said hot junctions to the carrier through a copper heat pipe.

EFFECT: provision for uneven cooling of components of communications electronics equipment on an electronic board.
