FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electronics and can be used for providing required thermal conditions for components of communications electronics equipment (CEE), particularly electronic boards. Single-cascade thermoelectric batteries (TEB) are used, placed where components of communications electronics equipment are installed, more critical to operation temperature condition or which require considerable decrease in temperature. The thermoelectric batteries are placed in depressions on the surface of a metal container, partially filled with volatile liquid coolant, with large latent heat of evaporation and boiling temperature in the range 35-65°C, in contact with the remaining part of the electronic board.
EFFECT: simple design and technology of making the device, as well as possibility of coordinating operation modes of thermoelectric batteries.
