SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of manufacturing coffee substitute. Method provides for extraction of cacao beans husks by liquid nitrogen with corresponding miscella separation, preparation of girasol, its cutting, drying in microwave field at preset process parametres and frying, drying of grape refuses by convective method, mixing of girasol and grape refuses in mass ratio 3:2, impregnation of obtained mixture by separated miscella is performed with simultaneous pressure boost and depressurisation till atmosphere pressure with simultaneous freezing of mixture and its cryomilling in medium of evolved nitrogen.
EFFECT: method provides the possibility of preparation of instant powder for flavoured coffee drink according to nonwaste technology.
