SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of manufacturing coffee substitutes. The method provides for extraction of cocoa husks by liquid nitrogen with corresponding miscella separation. Then goes preparation, cutting and drying of the girasol in the microwave field at preset process parametres and roasting of the girasol, drying in the microwave field at preset process parametres. Then orange refuse is dried up by convection. Then girasol is mixed with orange refuse in the mass ratio 7:3. The obtained mixture is impregnated by separated miscella with simultaneous pressure boost and pressure releases until the pressure equals the atmospheric pressure simultaneously freezing the mixture and cryomilling it in the medium of evolved nitrogen.
EFFECT: method ensures absence of waste.
