FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: refractory filler is treated with solidification accelerant at amount of 0.02-0.04 wt %. Salts of acidic type are introduced into mixture. Viscosity reducing agent - wood-chemical polyphenol PPHWC - is used as accelerant of solidification.
EFFECT: treatment with PPHWC increases operational hardness of cores and moulds and reduces time of solidification.
