FIELD: foundry, namely production of casting cores.
SUBSTANCE: sand contains, mass %: carbamide-furan resin, 2.1 - 2.4; hardening agent, 0.3 - 0.4; iron, 0.1 - 0.2; silvery graphite, 0.1 and refractory filler. Mixture of aluminum-boron phosphate binder and lignosulfonates diluted with water at relation 4 : 1 is used as hardening agent.
EFFECT: improved flowing properties of sand, enhanced tension strength of ready cores.
