FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises forming table with supports, oscillation exciter with drive and crank pair articulated with aforesaid table, flexible element and mould arranged on the table and coupled therewith. Note here that the said mould features detachable bottom and at least two clamps, while forming table has at least three supports furnished with wheels, to of them being mounted aligned. Flexible element represents a cylindrical compression spring fitted into exciter crankpin. Exciter allows 1.0 to 2.5 Hz-oscillations of the said table with oscillation amplitude of 0.020 to 0.070 m. Crankpin consists of two axially moving parts articulated via flexible element.
EFFECT: higher quality of finished products.
