FIELD: oil and gas production.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to operation of gas-condensate deposits and can be implemented for increase of output of producing wells at late stage of deposit operation without supporting reservoir pressure. The essence of the invention is as follows: the method consists in survey of operating wells for presence of gas-condensate, and in periodic cleanup of bottomhole zone of the reservoir from hydrocarbon condensate fallen at pressure drop. Cleanup is carried out by pressure build up in the bottomhole zone of the reservoir, and in well and field communications by restriction of reservoir gas inflow into input line of a field separator. Also in the beginning, current output of normalised gas is maximally maintained by increase of multiplicity of expansion of reservoir gas caused by raised pressure to standard thermobaric conditions. Further, yield of normalised gas is build up as a result of reverse evaporation of part of heavy hydrocarbon condensate earlier fallen in porous medium and as a result of gradual growth of permeability of the bottomhole zone of the reservoir. During survey of the well for presence of gas-condensate presence evacuation of heavy hydrocarbons "C6-C8" in wide fraction of hydrocarbons "C5+ higher", liquid at normal conditions, is analytically tracked; the deposit is operated with raised yield of normalised gas and with decreased losses of hydrocarbon condensate in the bottomhole of the reservoir and in field communications. Also earlier set restrictions of reservoir gas inflow are maintained, corrected or withdrawn.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of well and of ratio of hydrocarbons extraction from deposit due to periodic cleanup of bottomhole zone of producing reservoir from hydrocarbon condensate fallen at reservoir pressure drop.
