FIELD: oil and gas industry; field of development of oil and gas-condensate pools.

SUBSTANCE: method includes borehole drilling and exposing of reservoir, installing flow string, tubing string, packer and liner, continuous pumping stimulating agent from day surface through hole annulus to handle borehole zone of reservoir and carbon development. Entire borehole zone of reservoir is processed by stimulating agent by delivering it into reservoir via liner's bands which are placed between intervals of carbon flow into borehole. At the same time, packer is made with possibility of inverting counterdirectional coaxial flows of injected stimulating agent and produced carbohydrates. One tool - flow inverter, includes upper tube for produced carbohydrates with flange, which has hole for stimulating agent, lower pipe for stimulating agent with flange made with hole for produced carbohydrates with nipple that sweeps lower pipe above its flange and made with guide ways for upper pipe flange. Elastic belt weeping nipple of upper pipe flange is installed with possibility of extension under compression by upper and lower pipe flanges. At the same time, lower pipe enters upper one with possibility of sliding along, it is divided by baffle plate and has wall holes above flange, above and below baffle plate. Nipple is made with baffle plate that divides stimulating agent flow, which passes via hole in upper pipe flange into hole in upper pipe wall located below baffle plate, and carbohydrates flow, which passes via hole in lower pipe flange into hole in lower pipe wall located above baffle plate. Another tool serves for continuous pumping stimulating agent into reservoir, and includes perforated pipe and baffle plates isolating zone of pumping stimulating agent into reservoir. According to invention, it additionally includes pipe for bypassing produced carbohydrates via zone of stimulating agent pumping and isolating baffle plates. Each baffle plate, which isolates zone of pumping of stimulating agent, is made as two pipe flanges for stimulating agent and elastic belt fixed on them, which form cavity adjoined at external side to wall of flow string or open borehole. Pipe for stimulating agent is made with hole between baffle plate flanges for filling baffle plate cavity with stimulating agent.

EFFECT: producing capacity of oil and gas boreholes as well as carbohydrates recovery ratio from pool are increased.
