SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to diagnostics of living organisms. Biological fluids of a human, animal and plant are frozen and analysed, at first at temperature +1÷+3°C; "heavy water" crystals are separated to analysed the grown crystal structures. The rest fluid is frozen to temperature less than -5°C and also analysed for crystal structures. The grown crystals for diagnostic purposes are analysed for the diagnostic criteria as follows: crystal shape, and/or crystal face structure, and/or crystal colour, and/or crystal transparency. The "heavy water" crystals are analysed separately. The biological fluid involved is blood, and/or urine, and/or saliva, and/or lachrymal fluid etc., animal and plant discharge, e.g. mucus. In case crystals have irregular shape, curve faces, changed colours, lost transparency, a disease is considered to be observed.

EFFECT: higher accuracy and reduced time of analysis.
