FIELD: medicine, clinical laboratory diagnostics.

SUBSTANCE: for predicting the flow of inflammatory disease of internal organs it is important to study the samples of urine. One sample of urine should be affected with impulse source of laser radiation of AIG-Er laser as physical factor at wave length of radiation 2.94 mcm, energy of impulse radiation ranged 0.1±0.04 to 1.00±0.2 J and impulse length of 250 mcsec. The second sample of urine is a control one. Then urine from every sample should be applied at the quantity of about 0.01-0.02 ml onto a slide as a drop to be dried at about 17-25°C for 18-20 h to carry out comparative microscopy of the obtained samples. In case of linear form of crystals in urinary sample subjected to impulse laser radiation one should predict the regress of inflammation, at identical picture of samples - the progress of inflammation.

EFFECT: higher accuracy and significance of prediction.
