SUBSTANCE: invention is related to geophysics, in particular to devices with application of high frequency electromagnet waves, and is intended for detection of subsurface objects, for instance gas and oil deposits, ore deposits, also in areas with high level of regular electric noise. Device for geoelectric exploration comprises unit (1) of control, unit (2) for generation of Walsh functions, unit (3) for variation of modulating pulse repetition cycle, modulators (4), 2n-input summator (5), transmitter (6), antenna switch (7), receiver (8), multi-channel correlator (9), which includes multitapped delay line (10i), multi-channel multiplier (11i), multi-channel low-pass filter (12i), comparator (13i) (where i=1, 2, 3,…,2n - number of elements with duration of ΔT, out of which each phase-manipulated signal consists with improved autocorrelation properties, which is included into group of sequences for composite parallel signal), indication unit (14), null device (15), trigger (16), the first switch (17), the second switch (18), two-input summator (19), multipliers (20), 2n-1 -digit cyclical shift register (21), controlled inverter (22), antenna (23).

EFFECT: higher noise immunity, sensitivity and accuracy of measurements due to application of composite parallel signal, which consists of group of phase-manipulated signals with good autocorrelation properties.
