Proposed transformer additionally comprises 1^st and 2^nd preamplifiers with their outputs connected with additional 1^st and 2^nd inputs of transformer control unit. 3^rd additional input of the said control unit is connected with threshold element output. Note that it additionally comprises current pickup, output filter, output rectifier and inverter.
