SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for generating acoustic oscillations. The magnetic circuit comprises a magnet gap with little magnetic loss and high magnetic flux density. There can be uniform distribution of magnetic field lines on magnet frame surfaces facing each other. The loud-speaker comprises bottom and top magnets, which lie at a predetermined distance such that, mutually identical polarities lie opposite each other; the first magnet frame, with a single looped section of the circulation circuit, which runs from the bottom magnet to the top magnet, and an extended section, which stretches perpendicularly to the top from the bottom magnet; a second magnet frame, which is connected between bottom and top magnets and forms a magnet gap between the second magnet frame and the extended section of the first magnet frame; a coil, placed in the magnet gap and wound on a bobbin; housing, which runs from the first magnet frame; an oscillating diaphragm, which generates an acoustic signal in accordance with an actuating signal; a damper, which limits the oscillation range of the coil; and a central cap, which covers the coil.
EFFECT: improved linear characteristics of the oscillating system, increased magnetic flux density in the magnet gap and prevention of magnetic flux leakage on the section of the magnet gap, increased permissible level of input signal, increased level of sound pressure of the loud-speaker due to design of a high-power magnetic circuit, improved characteristics of the loud-speaker in the region of very low frequencies, provision for heat removal from the loud-speaker, provision for low noise level and low degree of wearing in the device for generating oscillations.
