SUBSTANCE: invention relates to acoustics, particularly to loudspeakers and more particularly to magnetic motor device. The device comprises an electrodynamic transducer having a moving coil with a magnetic conductor. The magnetic conductor is formed by an annular magnet with connectors, having a hollow annular structure with an annular cavity. The annular cavity is formed by outer and inner surfaces of the magnet. The intersection of the outer surface or the inner surface of the annular magnet with its axial plane forms an ellipse or a circle, and the annular magnet with connectors in its upper part has the first annular channel which connects the inner and outer surfaces of the annular magnet and is bounded by two opposite upper cylindrical surfaces, each substantially parallel to the axis of rotation of the annular magnet. The moving coil with the first winding attached thereto, placed in the first annular channel of the annular magnet with connectors, is adapted to move along the axis of rotation Z.

EFFECT: reducing the size and weight of the loudspeaker.
