FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns food-processing industry and can be used at manufacture coffee susbtitutes. Method provides for extraction of brown laurel by liquid nitrogen with corresponding miscella separation, preparation of girasol, its cutting, drying in microwave field and frying, drying grape extract in microwave field and continual drying by convective method, mixing of girasol and grape refuses in mass ratio 3:2, impregnation of obtained mixture by separated miscella is performed with simultaneous pressure boost and depressurisation till atmosphere pressure with simultaneous freezing of mixture and its cryomilling in medium of evolved nitrogen.
EFFECT: method allows to produce flavoured coffee drink according to nonwaste technology.
