SUBSTANCE: on flange of blank it is implemented standby of pressed material in annular grooves in the form of extrusions. Following finish drawing of pressed material on puncheon and standby of pressed material are implemented in successive steps. It is started standby of material in groove, outermost from the center of blank, with following finish drawing of reserved material into grooves, located closer to center of blank, and on puncheon. Punch contains co-axial installed matrix with concentric grooves for standby of material, puncheon, rest with clipping, grooves are implemented in the form of two hollows of different depth, closer to the center with less depth. Over groove it is located flexible ring, which has a surface, directed to pressed material, is implemented with bevel, at that clearance between pressed material and flexible ring increases from the center to periphery, and bevel of flexible ring is implemented by width of groove. Matrix is implemented in the form of disk with ability of turning and allows at least one, similar to the first, groove. Grooves are located by turns at different sides of disk. It is demountable planar annulus, installed over extrusion of pressed material for its straightening, and at least one additional clipping. Support is implemented with grooves, in which it is ability of installation of spring-load clippings. At the first passage of pressed material matrix is installed so that outermost from the center groove is directed to pressed material. Puncheon is outfitted by set of washers and amortise bush.

EFFECT: it is increased depth of drawing out of detail with flange.
