FIELD: polygraphy.

SUBSTANCE: in compliance with proposed method, printing plate or cylinder with wet ink on their surface, transfer the said ink on sheet or web in preset printing area. Laser marker beam is directed to the surface of aforesaid plate or cylinder, right before aforesaid preset printing area comes in contact with sheet or web. Note here that laser beam parametres are selected to allow ink evaporation along the trajectory, that draws up identification mark so that printed sheet or web has no applied ink in appropriate area of sheet or web along aforesaid trajectory.

EFFECT: expanded performances due to using laser marker.
