FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to precision alloys with particular physicochemical property, particularly to alloys on the basis of manganese with high resistance in hostile environments and high electrical resistance and can be used for elements of control systems in precision instrument making, and also for usage in the form of thin resistive films and coatings of circuit elements of resistance. Alloy allows following content, wt %: gallium 29.1-32.2; zirconium 8.0-12.0; yttrium 0.2-0.8; manganese - the rest. Structure of alloy corresponds clusters system from nanoparticles of size from 50 up to 200 nm. Characteristics of proposed composition: specific resistance 3.0-3.6 Ohm·mm2/m; temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR) ±10·10-6 K-1 in the range of temperatures from -60 up to +155°C; corrosion stability 0.001-0.005 mm/year.
EFFECT: increasing of corrosion stability of alloy with keeping of high electrical resistance.
