SUBSTANCE: amorphous metal alloys obtained in the form of a thin tape by ultra-fast hardening used as sensitive elements in strain gauge sensors in the temperature range 20-350°C. An amorphous alloy based on the Zr-Cu system in the form of a tape contains, at.%: Zr 44-44.75, Cu 44-44.75, Al 10, Mn 0.5-2.
EFFECT: alloy is characterized by a strain sensitivity coefficient of more than 2.2 and a high electrical resistivity of more than 0.5 μOhm⋅m, as well as the ability to work at temperatures of 20-350°C.
