SUBSTANCE: invention concerns devices converting solar power to electricity, and can be applied in independent power supply of various facilities. Photoelectric solar device includes one or more solar modules positioned in mechanical holder. Invention claims holder construction formed by two multidirectional couples of hemispherical arches with their loose ends fixated in the corners of rectangular frames, where one frame is basic and is mounted on immobile or rotating foundation, while the second frame serves as mounting socket of solar modules and is suspended from the tops of first arch pair so it can rotate around horizontal axis.

EFFECT: creation of photoelectric solar device with simple installation and deinstallation process in field, including metal holder of solar modules with reduced material capacity, while maintaining sufficient stability of photoelectric device against wind and snow.
