FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to urology. The differential diagnostic technique for impaired spermatogenesis involves the IR-spectroscopic blood assay and mathematical treatment of the findings. It implies IR-spectroscopic assay of dried blood serum within emission band 1200-1000 cm-1, with enclosed absorption band peak heights with maxima 1170 cm-1, 1160 cm-1, 1150 cm-1, 1050 cm-1, 1040 cm-1, to calculate thereafter the peak height relations with maximum for x - 1160/1150, for y - 1050/1040, for z - 1170/1150. The obtained three-dimensional point distribution in uniaxial group rotation of x, y and z through -9°, -28° and -10° respectively, is projected in a frontal plane to derive two-dimensional coordinates (x; y). Then differential diagnostics of azoospermia relies upon a point arrangement within the diagnostic reference plant polyhedrons peripheries of which make the following values (x; y): (0.4713; 1.2185) / (0.3639; 1.1148) / (0.3861; 1.0556) / (0.4602; 1.0852) for azoospermia without spematogenesis; (0.4787; 1.237)/(0.4713; 1.0815)/(0.3528; 1.0000)/(0.6343; 1.2407) / (0.4046; 0.9222) - for azoospermia with spematogenesis.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of differential diagnostic technique for impaired spermatogenesis.
