FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: tubular billet is located in punch, it is created in cavity of tubular billet pressure ensured by its filling by filler. From both butts of tubular billet there are applied compressing axial loads and it is implemented shift by deforming puncheon of section of blank in the direction, perpendicular to its axis with receiving of formed section. Then cavity of formed section of tubular billet is filled by plastic filler, allowing fusion temperature lower the fusion temperature of blank, this section is rigidly fixed in matrix, it is placed into punch following section of blank, it is implemented its formation with displacement of matrix in the direction of axial load, applied to the butt of blank, located in matrix.
EFFECT: there are expanded manufacturing capabilities ensured by manufacturing of bent product with several shifted relative to initial axis tubular billet areas.
