FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: long-measuring products from hard alloys, including nano-dispersed, pressed in mould on hydraulic press with simultaneous overstrike of sound vibrations in the direction perpendicular to pressing direction. Frequency of ultrasonic vibrations is increased up to matching with self-resonant frequency of system mould-pressing and approach of resonance, which is kept up to finishing of pressing by means of changing of oscillation frequency in proportion to degree of pressing compaction.
EFFECT: equitight lengthwise product with high physical-mechanical properties.
