FIELD: mechanics.

SUBSTANCE: mechanism contains driving shaft with guide keys, connected through train of gears and spindles with two couples of circular knives. Train of gears consists of engaged driving and two driven gears. Driving gears are installed on power shaft on guide keys. In openings of hubs of driving gears there are installed sleeves. Openings diametre in central part of hub is more than diametre of power shaft, that excludes its contact interaction in this part. Hub liners are implemented with through long slots, which are projection of mentioned key grooves, and on external butts of sleeves there are implemented solid flange, by means of which sleeves are fixed to butts of hubs of driving gears.

EFFECT: it increases reliability, productivity, there are reduced losses of material and improved strip during dressing on aggregates of longitudinal and transverse cutting.
