SUBSTANCE: method of bag preparation for installation in reservoir includes several serial stages of bag folding into folded condition. Besides bag has two walls and neck section passing between walls, through which submersible feeler passes. Moreover, at the first stage bag is folded into the first folded condition by means of folding of its every wall along multiple folding lines, which are directed perpendicular to submersible feeler. Then bag is folded into the second folded condition by folding of the first bag side in the first folded condition along spiral inside into multiple folded sections along folding lines, which are directed parallel to submersible feeler. Then bag is folded into the third folded condition by means of folding of the second bag side in the second folded condition along spiral inside into multiple folded sections along folding lines, which are directed parallel to submersible feeler. Afterwards split buckle is fixed to bag in the third folded condition to fix the bag and install it into reservoir.

EFFECT: creation of bag, which, being in reservoir, freely rotates as it is being filled with content, filling the whole space of reservoir at the same time.
