FIELD: engines and pumps, oil industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil industry and can be used in oil production with the help of deep-well rod-type pump. Proposed deep-well rod-type pump comprises cylinder and plunger arranged there inside to reciprocate. Both cylinder and plunger has grooves. Lower part of circular grooves has a horizontal wall, while upper part of the grooves features the wall skewed upward. Distance between the cylinder and plunger grooves does not exceed half the stroke of plunger.

EFFECT: removal of dirt in pump operation.
