METHOD FOR EXTRACTING GAS AND FLUID FROM THE WELL AND SUCKER-ROD WELL PUMP IMPLEMENTING SAID METHOD Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

Abstract RU 2225502 C1

FIELD: oil extracting industry. SUBSTANCE: according to method fluid and gas extraction from the well is performed by means of sucker-rod pump made so that during upward plunger course outer surface of filter is first cleaned. At the end of upper plunger course, simultaneously or consecutively, fluid and free gas with any particles and objects are directed from intertubular well space into inner hollow of cylinder and of accumulating tank through hydraulic throttle, by-passing the filter. During extraction dynamic level is kept on inlet of sucker-rod well pump. During downward plunger course fluid and free gas with particles and objects are directed into inner hollow of tubing from inner hollow of cylinder through filter. At the end of downward plunger course, by means of filter, particles and objects, diameter of which is greater than diameter of filter openings are placed into accumulating tank. Outer surface of filter is cleaned during every exhaust cycle. During upward plunger course after the cleaning of outer surface of filter accumulating tank is closed for detention of particles and objects inside. At the end of downward plunger course the tank is opened. Sucker-rod well pump has an accumulating tank with end cap and plunger adapted for throttling, on which upper valve cage with protective valve and saddle with grooves and lower valve cage with protective valve and saddle are mounted. Pump has upper and lower cylinders interconnected by medium bushing, where interconnected radial passages and inner ring-shaped recess for fluid and free gas inletting from intertubular space into inner hollow of lower cylinder with their throttling through longitudinal conical passages. Upper cylinder is connected to string of tubing, medium pipe and overflow valve body. Radial apertures for passing of fluid and an inner projection are made on protective housing of plunger. On the ends of sucker-rods between ring-shaped projection, upper valve cage and plunger protective housing shear washer with ring-shaped groove is mounted. Lower cylinder is connected to accumulating tank with end cap by means of lower bushing, inside of which transverse wall with center opening is located. Said center opening is used for connecting inner hollow of lower cylinder to inner hollow of accumulating tank and cleaning outer surface of filter. EFFECT: increased oil extraction and maintenance period for wells, decreased operation costs and underground maintenance time. 2 cl, 6 dwg
