FIELD: instrument making.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of mechanical measurements, in particular to measurement of mass, coordinates of center of masses and tensor of machine building items inertia, and may be used in machine building, shipbuilding, aviation and space engineering. Device comprises frame, to which item is fixed, dynamometrse, detectors, springs, bed plate, dynamometric platform with unit of frame rotation installed on it, axis of which is connected to detector of angle, device for setting of vibrations, which consists of movable internal, external and lower frames. Dynamometric platform by means of four vertical and two horizontal dynamometres is connected to internal frame of vibration setting device. Internal, external and lower frame are connected to each other and bed plate by means of joints, which are installed in brackets, and system of horizontal springs, which are connected to frames by means of cantilevers. Besides axes of joint pairs are connected to axes of angle detectors and are oriented along orthogonal coordinate axes OX, OY, OZ, and axes of springs of appropriate frame are turned by 90° relative to axes of joints. Three independent vibrating systems of test bench make it possible to set vibration for item along three mutually perpendicular axes, and availability of dynamometric platform - to measure torques that act at item relative to three axes. Internal vibration frequencies, initial deviations of vibrating systems from position of balance and value of torques enter as simple dependencies in measurement equations and completely define tensor of item inertia.
EFFECT: possibility to perform measurements of item parametres on test bench, not rotating it by angle of 90°, eliminating of mismatch of axes of coordinates and higher accuracy and validity of measurements.
