SUBSTANCE: there are provided method and device for transmission of data to the access terminals by means of access node in the system of code division multiple access (CDMA), operating with at least 128 media (MAC ID) access control identifier in the same sector. Set of headlines for transmission of multi-user package (MUP) is configured for particular access terminal, information regarding set of headlines is provided to the terminal, and data are transferred to the access terminal, having MAC ID equal to 128 or more making use of the headline, corresponding to this MAC ID. If particular access terminal has MAC ID, equal to 128 or more, set of headlines includes at least one headline by means whereof access terminal defines whether MUP was accepted or not.
EFFECT: access node secures information on the set of headlines provided to the access terminal within the period of communication session configuring.
