FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of tobacco offals recycling. Method provides for extraction of wild strawbery marc by non-polar liquified gas with corresponding extract, mixing of tobacco material and liquid carbon dioxide, its extraction and mincing along with periodic depressurisation of extraction mixture below extragent saturated vapours pressure at extraction temperature, partition of miscella and extraction cake, extraction cake suspending in water solution of edible acid, introduction of potable polyatomic alcohol to suspension, its forming, drying, cutting, impregnation with gas-liquid extract of wild strawberry and separated CO2-miscella with simultaneous pressure boost, depressurisation till atmosphere pressure with simultaneous freezing of absorbed carbon dioxide and its subliming with obtaining of end product.

EFFECT: method allows to decrease process technology duration and obtain reconstituted tobacco with improved organoleptic properties.
