SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ophthalmology and can be used for predicting inconsistency of antiglaucomatous operations (AGO) of filtering type in early post-operation terms in children. By method of ultrasonic eye biomicroscopy state of structures of surgically formed flow-out ways is evaluated. Height of intra-scleral cavity (ISC) is measured, relief of filtration cushion (FC) is evaluated, acoustic density (AD) of FC structure and AD of FC covering conjunctiva are measured as well. AD is measured in percent of AD sclera in intact section, taken as 100%. By obtained data inconsistency of AGO of filtering type is predicted.
EFFECT: increase of accuracy of predicting development of ungroundedness of filtering type AGO in early post-operation terms in children.
