SUBSTANCE: invention is referred to the area of ophthalmosurgery and can be used for early preclinical diagnostics of proliferate process in the structures of drainage system of the eye formed by the anti-glaucoma surgery of non-perforating type. No earlier than one month after surgery the measurement is performed for height and echodensity (ED) of inclusions in filtering bleb (FB), the measurement is performed for thickness and ED of scleral flap (SF), the measurement is performed for intrascleral cavity (ISC), and the determination is performed for the thickness and ED of trabecular-Descemet's membrane (TDM). If, simultaneously, the FB height is in the range from 0.18 to 0.48 mm, ED of FB is in the range 50-70%, thickness of SF is in the range from 0.29 to 0.41 mm and ED of SL is in the range 70-90%, the height of ISC is in the range from 0.15 to 0.33 mm and ED of ISC is in the range 30-60%, the thickness of TDM is in the range from 0.10 to 0.13 mm and the ED of TDM is in the range 40-70%, the proliferative process is diagnosed.
EFFECT: method provides of expansion of the range of tools for proliferative processes diagnostics, and also provides for timely prevention of hypertension in early postoperative period.
