FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: method includes correction lessons, logopedic massage and articulation gymnastics. Metameric scalp zones are activated daily prior thereto, one zone a day, by means of uniform point pharmacopuncturing each symmetrical zone with Cerebrolysin, total dose being 1.0 ml per zone. In 2 hours scalp zones and biologically active points (BAP) are exposed to low-intensity laser radiation with wave length 0.89 mcm, wattage being 5.5 W. Modulation frequency is 80 Hz while activating zones and 5 Hz or 1500 HZ while activating BAP. Contact activation is applied during 10 days. On the 1^st day lower segment of motor zone and general BAP are activated. On the 2^nd day "b" speech zone, general BAP and BAP used during innervation disorders and contractures of speech apparatus muscles are influenced. On the 3^d day "c" speech zone, general BAP and BAP used during speech disorders are affected. On the 4^th day zones of chorea and tremor inhibition, general BAP and BAP used during hyper salivation are affected. On the 5^th day psychomotor zone and general BAP are activated. On 6^th day "a" speech zones, general BAP and BAP used during speech disorders are affected. On 7^th day "b" speech zones, general BAP and BAP innervation disorders and contractures of speech apparatus muscles are activated. On 8^th day session of 4^th day is repeated. On 9^th day session of 5^th day is repeated. On 10^th day "c" speech zone, general BAP and BAP used during speech disorders are activated.

EFFECT: method normalises muscle tone and mobility of speech apparatus organs, as well as interaction of work of central and peripheral parts thereof.
