Abstract RU 2833894 C2

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to neurology and reflex therapy, and can be used for treating patients with alalia. Diagnostics is performed by Nakatani method. Biologically active points (BAP) to be treated are selected. According to the clinical manifestations, the selected points are treated by microelectrophoresis and microcurrent reflex therapy. Microelectrophoresis is performed in a mode of sedative or tonic action with medicinal preparations of the sedative group in the form of sedative herbs and preparations of the nootropic group. Microcurrent reflex therapy is applied on control points-accomplices of classical meridians, on points in projection of muscles of articulation muscles and on symptomatic points of craniospinal area. Microelectrophoresis is used to treat additionally the points in the projection on the scalp of the facial and articulatory muscles of the motor cortex with the sedative drugs. Therapeutic effect on points in the projections on the scalp of Broca’s, Wernicke’s areas and frontal lobes is additionally carried out with preparations of the antioxidant group both in tonic and sedative mode depending on electroencephalography results. Exposure on the projection of the brainstem on the scalp is additionally carried out with sodium bromide in a sedative mode. Projection of the cerebellum on the scalp is exposed to a preparation of the nootropic group Cortexin in a sedative mode.

EFFECT: method provides selective exposure on a wider range of levels of nervous system damage, selection of a treatment regimen taking into account electroencephalography, correction of metabolic disorders, wider range of treated versions of speech disorders and providing additional reflex therapeutic action aimed at correcting cerebrospinal fluid circulation to achieve stable remission.
