SUBSTANCE: improved safety of public against tsunami waves effect is provided by personal announcement to people about danger through individual device of early tsunami warning, and direct protection of public against tsunami waves may be carried out by means of their comprehensive protection with the help of inflatable safety system. Device warns user about possible quick arrival of tsunami waves by means of the earth oscillations registration. Due to difference in speed of the earth oscillations and tsunami waves spread it is possible to warn device user about danger of tsunami waves quick arrival in advance. He or she has time to hide from tsunami waves at elevation or to prepare and save themselves with the help of inflatable safety system. These systems are installed near areas of most probable location of people. Inflatable system represents strong light cabin, around of which safety airbags are inflated.
EFFECT: due to person installation inside such a system, it becomes possible to reliably protect it against possible effect of tsunami waves flow and foreign dangerous objects brought by these waves.
