FIELD: fire safety.
SUBSTANCE: flame arrester comprises a hollow cylindrical casing with an inlet branch set axially to the casing in its end face part, a basic outlet branch set in the casing side wall near its other end face, a spring-loaded cylindrical valve in the form of a magnet with an axial hole, a thermal element made of ferromagnetic material with the specified Curie point which is made as a coating on the axially holed magnet and the pole of which is directed opposite to the analogous pole of the valve, an additional outlet branch set in the casing side wall, a heating element with the outputs for the current source connection which is set at the casing in the coating zone coaxially to the cylindrical magnet. The pipeline at the inlet branch side is equipped by a converter of heat energy of the pipeline section being heated during the fire to convert the heat into the electric energy. The outputs of the heating element made as an electromagnetic coil are connected to the converter.
EFFECT: increasing response speed and reliability of the device, expanding its protective properties.
