FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: proposed grinder-extractor is intended for grinding various materials and comprises housing that accommodates coaxially fitted rotor and stator, the rotor being made up of a set of plates representing truncated cones while grinding surface is made up of knives and grooves arranged between the former. Feed nut and disk with pins are fitted on rotor shaft on the side of smaller base. Similarly, stator disk is designed and arranged above the inlet branch pipe. Groves on the surfaces of rotor and stator are arranged along zigzag line and inclined to extractor axis. Inclination of grooves on every nest disk features opposite direction with respect to previous grooves. Stator and rotor are mounted with a gap to allow preset degree of dispersion ensured by moving stator relative to grinder housing along guide bolts. Additional thread is made on grinder shaft ahead of sealing assembly and counter-pressure box arranged in the housing to rinse it.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and expanded performances.
