FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the food industry, in particular to the processing of brewing industry wastes, in particular brewer grains. Brewer grains grinding device includes a loading container connected to the grinding unit, where the loading container is equipped with the beer grains humidification facility, and the grinding unit has an outlet for unloading the crushed grains and comprises coaxially stator and rotor with a gap between their working surfaces; blade for mixing and movement of mixture into gap between stator and rotor; means for unloading ground beer grains arranged under the rotor; at that, rotor is made with possibility of stepped grinding of brewing grains and in upper part is equipped with blades located along circumference of rotor, which outer surface is part of rotor working surface. Also described is a production line for production of high-protein product from beer grains, which includes the above described device.
EFFECT: invention allows to produce high-efficiency and reliable device for brewer grains processing with production of high-protein product.
